Received, Crushed, Split, Sampled
Each material lot is received and weighed on certified scales, crushed, split with the help of our industrial riffle splitter, and the samples milled using a ring and puck pulverizer.
With our 35L and 50L Rotary Sample Dividers we ensure that a fully representative sample of your material is acquired. The final processing step is to screen the material, separating the oversize from the fines.
Evaluation and Disposal
Prepared samples are evaluated for precious metal content and tested to determine the presence of deleterious elements. In addition, a scan is carried out by our internal laboratory.
With each shipment, Just Refiners determines the safest and most economical disposal route possible — and keeps staff and visitors safe with our GS8 Dust Collector, installed between the secondary and primary crushers.
All Slag Processed In House
All slag, crucible and furnace lining materials are processed at our own facility. Material never leaves our custody between receipt and settlement.
