Just Refiners USA, Inc. was incorporated on July 13th. JRI’s first location was a 500 square foot warehouse and adjoining office at 455 Franklin Way, Sparks, Nevada.

The operation moved to 540 Greg Street, Sparks — a 16,000 square foot industrial unit — just missing the big flood by six months. During that flood, Franklin Way was six feet under water.

To start the expansion program, Just Refiners purchased 620 Greg Street in February. The 31,000 square foot unit is adjacent to 540 Greg Street; the program, set out in three phases, will create 25 new jobs.

JRI added another location at 350 Greg Street, bringing 41,000 square feet of office and warehouse space — not counting 20,000 square feet of mezzanine used for storage. Total floor space now stands at 108,000 square feet.
